Elisabeth VarnHagen Lugar, originally from Detroit, moved to California fifteen years ago, after completing her Masters in Communication and producing two thirty minute dramas which had an international release. She was one of the first twenty employees at The WB Television Network where she managed the Affiliate Relations and Distribution Department, signing television stations to air WB programming. 

While taking time off for her family, she began using her talents as a three-dimensional artist to create artist teddy bears, puppetry for a television pilot and gemstone necklaces.  She is currently working on a line of children’s books to accompany her whimsical teddy bears. With an international presence, her work has been seen in magazines, retail stores and on the internet.

She has continued to use her client and account management skills to help launch an advertising company in Los Angeles. Using these skills and her educational background she taught college level courses in the Communication Department at Taylor University and presently works on a team selling residential real estate in Central Indiana.
